To be successful, A bidder must ensure his Bid Document has fully complied with the checklist for completeness and responsiveness as provided in the Evaluation and Qualification Criteria in the bidding documents. 

Filling of Forms and Providing All information Required

Attachment of all Statutory Documents including National Construction Authority Registration Certificate & Current Annual Practicing Licence, Documents showing Finacial, Personnel, Equipment & Evidence of Capacity & Experience; Single Business Permit, CR12 Form detailing directors of the Bidding Firm; KRA Tax Compliance Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation.

Attaching Bid Security in the form prescribed in the Invitation to Bidders

Properly filling the Bills of Quantities and Preliminaries.
